Creating Reports

To create a report, select the parameters for your report:

  1. Format

  2. Date Grouping

  3. Grouping

  4. Sorting

    1. Date

    2. Group

    3. Calls

    4. Talk Time

  5. Limit

    1. This limits the report to a specific number of records. This is useful for doing reports like "Top 3 Busiest Hours of the Day". A value of zero means to include all records in the report.

  6. Call Direction

    1. Both

    2. Inbound

    3. Outbound

  7. Only Flagged

    1. This specifies whether to omit calls that have no flag set.

  8. Call Date

    1. Any

    2. Last X days

    3. Range

  9. Users

    1. Filters are available to narrow the user list by Department, Location, or Status.
