Viewing Calls in Real-time

To view calls in real-time:

  1. In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Real-time Activity. The Real-time View page is displayed which summarizes the following information about each:

    Column

    Description

    First Name

    The User's First Name.

    Last Name

    The User's Last Name.

    Extension

    The User's extension number.

    Agent ID

    The telephone agent ID.

    Caller ID Number

    The caller ID number, used to trigger call recording.

    Caller ID Name

    The caller ID name, used to trigger call recording.

    Outgoing Number

    The number dialed by the User.

    Status

    The User status.

    Call Duration

    The duration of the call.

    Recording Group

    The recording profile to which the User is assigned.

    Call ID

    A unique identifier assigned to the call by the PBX.

    You can hide or display columns by right-clicking the list and, in the menu, selecting/deselecting the corresponding check-boxes.


  2. If required, apply filters to reduce the list.

  3. You can now select to record or monitor, or to flag or add notes to them.

User Status

The Real-time Activity Status column reveals what the User is currently doing:

User Status

Indicator

Description

Idle

White

The User is not using the phone.

Monitoring

Blue

The User is being monitored.

On Phone

Purple

The User is using the phone.

Privacy Enabled

Black

The User cannot see whether they are being recorded or monitored.

Recording

Red

The call is being recorded (either in real-time or automatically)

Recording & Monitoring

Green

The User is being recorded (either in real-time or automatically) and monitored.
