You can monitor (listen to in real-time) any calls for your managed, licensed Users, using your PC's speakers or headset.
To monitor a call:
In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Real-time Activity. The Real-time View page is displayed.
Select a User engaged in a call.
In the action bar, click Monitor.
The User Status changes from On Phone or Idle to Monitoring, and is highlighted in blue. In the action bar following controls become more active:
Stop Recording - click to stop recording.
Pause/Resume Recording - when recording, click to pause recording; when paused, click to resume recording.
