Monitoring Calls

You can monitor (listen to in real-time) any calls for your managed, licensed Users, using your PC's speakers or headset.

To monitor a call:

  1. In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Real-time Activity. The Real-time View page is displayed.

  2. Select a User engaged in a call.

  3. In the action bar, click Monitor.

  4. The User Status changes from On Phone or Idle to Monitoring, and is highlighted in blue. In the action bar following controls become more active:
