For CallRex to work with Mitel SRC server, the Mitel SRC server must be used as Call Server by the phone. This can be achieved in two ways:
Configure the teleworker option on the phone to point to the SRC server.
Configure the DHCP settings on the ICP to point all phones to the SRC as the call server.
The Mitel Standard Linux (MSL), which is hosting the Secure Recording Connector application, must have an ICP configured. To check the configured IP:
Login into the MSL server manager application.
Click the ICPs in the Configuration menu.
The Secure Recording Connector application must have tap licenses available. To confirm the available tap licenses:
Select the Secure recording connector in the Applicatons menu items in MSL Server Manager.
The Main tab lists the number of available SRC licenses.
When the CallRex server establishes the taps, the available SRC licenses can be viewed under the Status tab.
To confirm whether the SRC is working properly, a self diagnostic test can be run from the Diagnostics tab.
