Configuring CallRex for Mitel SRC

Mitel SRC installation does not require any packet sniffer adapter, as it does not do any packet capture.

To configure CallRex services for Mitel SRC:

1. In the CallRex Client, navigate to Configure > Services.

2. In the CallRecording service, configure the PBX type as Mitel SRC.

3. In the CallControl service, the PBX type must be Mitel MiTAI, as this is required for the Mitel SRC installation.

4. Configure other typical configurations.

5. Restart the CallRex Client.

6. Check the CallRecording service log for similar entries:

   05-19-2008 13.10.34 Thread Id(2252) MiSSL tunnel is OPEN.
   05-19-2008 13.10.35 Thread Id(3092) Mitel SRC registration successful.
   05-19-2008 13.10.35 Thread Id(2252) Sending add tap XML request for extension 1017.
   05-19-2008 13.10.35 Thread Id(2252) Sending add tap XML request for extension 1007.
   05-19-2008 13.10.35 Thread Id(2252) Sending add tap XML request for extension 1008.
