You can export a recorded call as a standard .WAV file and save it on your computer. This allows you to listen to the call even when you are not logged on to the CallRex client. The file can be played on any standard media player. You cannot export multiple calls.
To export a recorded call:
View recorded calls and select the one to export.
In the list action bar, click Export. The Windows Save As browser is displayed.
Browse to the required folder, enter a file name, and click OK to save the file.
