Users

A CallRex User is anyone who can either log into the application or can have their calls or computers recorded.

To record or monitor a call or computer, you must do the following:

• Add details of the User making or receiving calls. This includes assigning the User to a Security Profile.

• License the User. Give the User a license to use a CallRex service, such as Call Recording or Computer Recording. You must license the service before you can give a CallRex User a license to use it.

• Defining Users as managers or the reports of managers.

• Changing Passwords

• Importing Users from Active Directory

Only Users with the Administrator or Limited Admin security profiles can add, edit, and delete users. All Users can change their own password.
