A CallRex User is anyone who can either log into the application or can have their calls or computers recorded.
To record or monitor a call or computer, you must do the following:
Add details of the User making or receiving calls. This includes assigning the User to a Security Profile.
License the User. Give the User a license to use a CallRex service, such as Call Recording or Computer Recording. You must license the service before you can give a CallRex User a license to use it.
