Editing Tenants

Users with the Manage Tenants permission in their Security Profile and a member of the Provider tenant can edit a tenant.

To edit a tenant click the navigation icon and then click the Tenants link from the administration sub-menu. The Tenants tab displays containing configured alerts that the user can see. To edit an existing tenant, complete the following steps:

  1. Select a single tenant on the alert table and click the icon or double click on the row.

  2. A new tab will open with the tenant name in the tab title.

  3. Edit the tenant configuration as required. See Adding Tenants for a full description of these form fields.

  4. Click the Save button on the action bar located at the top right of the tenant editing tab. The tab will be reloaded after saving.
