System Flags
QMS has the ability to view System Flags in any call recording list. Contact Center installations can embed system flags in the QMS database and assign the flag values to any call or screen recording.
The system flag information displays in columns in the Search Results tab or in the flags section of the Recording Details tab.

When QMS is used in conjunction with Enghouse Contact Center products, a number of System Flags may be introduced to control whether or not calls are recorded. These flags are not editable by normal means within the UI, though their use may be controlled by the application of rules in Call Recording Profiles. |
