Editing Scorecard Sets

Users with the Create Scorecard permission in their Security Profile can edit scorecard sets.

To edit scorecard sets click the navigation icon and then click the Evaluation Scorecards link from the administration sub-menu. The Scorecards tab displays containing the list of scorecards and scorecard sets. To edit a scorecard set complete the following steps:

  1. Expand the scorecard categories on the scorecard table until you find the scorecard set you need to edit, then click the Edit link on the selected scorecard.
  2. A new tab will open with the scorecard set title as the tab title.
  3. Edit the Scorecard Title, Description and Scorecard Category as required.
  4. Edit the member scorecards as required.
  5. Click the Save button on the action bar located at the top right of the edit scorecard set tab. The tab will refresh and the scorecard set name will now display as the tab title.

Scorecard sets are versioned, which means every save operation creates a new entry in the database rather than making changes to an existing scorecard set. This is for historical purposes, allowing older scorecard sets to remain viewable with the questions and criteria that were in effect at the time.
