Deleting Recorded Media

Users with the Delete Recording permission in their Security Profile can delete recordings.

To delete recorded media, click the navigation icon. The Recordings tab displays containing the search criteria bar and the search results table. To delete a recording complete the following steps:

  1. Define the search criteria.
  2. Click the Search button. The recordings satisfying the search criteria are listed.
  3. Left click the call recording you wish to delete and click the Delete button in the context menu.

  1. You are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the recording permanently. Click the OK button.

If there is a related recording found (e.g. an associated screen recording) then you will be offered the chance to delete all related recordings as well.
