Troubleshooting ShoreTel Remote Server

If the ShoreTel Remote Server will not start, open a command prompt and enter: C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\Shareware Remote Server\TMS.exe\regserv.

C:\ is the default drive for ShoreTel.

The command should return successful. If it does not:

  1. Restart the ShoreTel Remote Server service on the Quality Management Server.

  2. Restart the Quality Management Services.
