Help Conventions

This section describes the text formats and notation conventions used in this Help.

Text format

Bold text indicates a button, field, link, or similar control.

Italicized text indicates a directory path, special note, new term, or additional information about a step or procedure.

Text in this font indicates code, system responses, command lines, or file contents.

Notes and cautions

Icons highlight and identify additional information or special conditions.

This icon presents additional details for steps, windows, dialogs, menu options or special conditions.

This icon warns of user actions that can lead to system failures or irreversible conditions.

This icon highlights information or directions to be followed only under the supervision and guidance of Enghouse Customer Support.

Printing Help

To print the displayed Help topic:

  1. Click the Print icon at the top of the topic.

  2. Select the appropriate options for your printer and click OK.

The displayed topic is printed.

To print a Help book including subtopics:

  1. Click the Print toolbar icon.

The Print Topics dialog box displays.

  1. In the Print Topics dialog box, select Print the selected heading and all subtopics and click OK.

  2. Select the options appropriate to your printer and click OK.

The Help book level topic and all subtopics are printed.
