Single unified client interface featuring all three modules - Call Recording, Computer Recording, and Agent Evaluation
New integrated search for multiple media types
Enhanced computer recording capabilities including application-specific screen capture and flagging
Screen recordings can now be part of an evaluation
Single unified reporting interface for call recording and agent evaluation reports
Agent evaluation reports can now be saved, scheduled, and included on the dashboard
Added support for Windows 2012 Server, Windows 8, and SQL 2012
