Listing Screen Recordings

You can list the screen recordings that have been made, and then replay selected recordings.

To list Screen Recordings, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Search Recordings. The Search Computer Recordings page displays, listing all Users.

    You can use the Department and Location filters to restrict the User data displayed. You can also filter the display to contain only those Users who are active: select the Active Users Only check box to view only active Users

  2. Select one or more Users.

  3. In the Criteria section, select a Date - one of the following call start dates and times:

  4. In the Actions bar, click Search. A list of screen recordings for that User from those dates displays. Sometimes recordings are dimmed and the file name is shown as Not Yet Available. This indicates that the recording or its associated audio has not yet been transferred to the Computer Recording Service.

With recordings listed, you can now replay recordings, delete recordings, or export recordings to files.
