Configuring CallRex for Microsoft Lync and OCS 2007 R2

In addition to the standard CallRex components, the CallRex implementation with OCS 2007 R2 server requires the following additional components:

• CallRex RTP Data Collector Service captures the audio packets from the corresponding user computer and sends it to the respective CallRecording service name in it's configuration file.

• TelrexNetService communicates with OCS 2007 R2 and the CallControl service, and sends the TelRexNetService.am is installed as part of the TelRexNetService installation.
