CallRex maintains log files that are used by Technical Support to troubleshoot your CallRex installation.
In Windows 7, Vista, and 2008, the log location by default is C:\ProgramData\CallRex\Logs.
In XP and 2003, the default location is C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CallRex\Logs.
To configure logging you must manually edit the registry.
