Assigning Users to a Screen Recording Profile

To add or remove users from a Screen Recording Profile:

  1. Create or Edit a Screen Recording Profile. The Screen Recording Profile page is displayed.

  2. In the action bar, click Edit Members.

    If you are creating a Screen Recording Profile, you must save the profile to make Edit Members active. The <profile> Membership page is displayed; it consists of a list of Profile Members and a list of Profile Non-Members. Use the Department and Location filters to restrict the lists, as required.


  3. Use standard windows methods to select one or more Users in the Profile Non-Members list and then click the << button to make them Profile Members. To remove Users from the Profile Members list, select them and click the >> button.
