Flagging Recorded Calls

Users with the correct Security Profile can flag recorded calls to make them easier to find. Flagging can also include adding comments and notes to the call record.

To flag a call:

  1. View recorded calls and select the one to flag. You can either replay the call and flag it in the replay page or use the controls in the list action bar.

  2. In the list action bar, click Flags/Notes. The call flagging page is displayed.

  3. Click Add to add a new flag, or review the existing flags and choose the one that you want to modify.

  4. Select a flag from the Flagged list.

  5. If the flag has pre-defined values, select one of these from the Flag Value list.

  6. As required, enter a Description and Notes for the call record.

  7. In the action bar, click Save.

You can edit the values in the same way.
