CallRex can send emails to the administrator to notify them that they need to check or reconfigure the software. For this to work you must first define the e-mail server and port,and the e-mail address.
To configure Email Notifications:
In the navigation bar, click Administration > General. The General page is displayed.
In the Email
Settings (Notifications) section set the following, as required:

SMTP Server |
The name of the SMTP server. |
SMTP Port |
The SMTP port number. The default is 25. |
Email Address |
The e-mail address to receive notifications. |
SMTP Server requires authentication |
If the SMTP server requires a User name and password, select this check box. |
User name |
The administrator e-mail account User name. |
Password |
The administrator e-mail account password. |
In the action bar, click Save.
