Assigning Users to Scorecards
Users with the Create Scorecard permission in their Security Profile can assign users to a scorecard. If no users are assigned to a scorecard, the scorecard is treated as open and usable by all users. If one or more users, departments and locations are assigned to the scorecard, that scorecard will only be usable by members of this scorecard profile for the purposes of creating evaluations.
To assign users to a scorecard profile click the
navigation icon and then click the Scorecard link from the administration sub-menu. The Scorecard tab displays containing the list of scorecards and scorecard sets, complete the following steps:
- Expand the scorecard categories on the scorecard table until you find the scorecard set you need to edit, then click the Edit link on the selected scorecard.
- A new tab will open with the scorecard name in the tab title.
- Click the
button on the action bar located at the top right of the edit scorecard tab. - A new tab will open with the scorecard profile name and Membership in the tab title. This tab contains two columns with several pairs of lists:
- Profile Members lists all users currently assigned to the profile, and Profile Non-Members lists all users not currently assigned to the profile.
- Profile Member Departments lists all departments currently assigned to the profile, and Profile Non-Member Departments lists all departments not currently assigned to the profile.
- Profile Member Locations lists all locations currently assigned to the profile, and Profile Non-Member Locations lists all locations not currently assigned to the profile.
- Use the

arrow buttons to move users from one list to the other.

Because workflows are also associated with one or more scorecards, the visibility rules that apply to scorecards can also apply to workflows. If no scorecards associated with a workflow are visible to the user, the workflow will not be visible to the user also. |
