Tenant Utilization Report

The Tenant Utilization report shows the storage usage and license usage data for all tenants.

Report Parameters

Click the icons to bring up a dialog to edit each report parameter. The following report parameters are available for a Tenant Utilization report:

Date Range to filter report results by date and time or all dates. The date criteria has the following options:
- Any to show all results, without any date or time restrictions.
- Last X Days to enter the number of days of data to display, counting back from today. Enter an integer in the range 0 to 10000, with 0 representing today.
- Range to define start and end dates using the calendar provided.
Group By to group the results by Day, Week, Month, Quarter or Year (default is by Month)

Report Results

The report presents the following result columns:

Voice Recording Storage (MB)
Screen Recording Storage (MB)
Text Recording Storage (MB)
Video Recording Storage (MB)
Total Storage (MB) - the total amount of storage used by all recordings for the specified grouping period
Voice Licenses (Usage)
Screen Licenses (Usage)
Text Licenses (Usage)
Video Licenses (Usage)
Transcription Licenses (Usage)

Note: License usage is calculated using the recordings we have in the database. For instance, if we have a call with 1 hour duration, we will consider a call recording license was used for one hour.
