Call Recording Word Counting Settings
Word Counting Settings allows the administrator to enable word counting on call recording transcription files. This feature is only available if your QMS system is integrated with a Transcription Engine and Enable Saving Word Counting Data is enabled under General Settings. To configure a Transcription Service refer to Editing Media Processing Services.
To enable Word Counting, complete the following steps:
- Check the Enable Saving Word Counting Data checkbox.
- (Optional) Check the Automatically delete word counting recordings older than X days checkbox if required.
