Exporting Search Results

You can export a recording search result as a CSV file and save it to your computer. On screen search results are limited to 5000 results, however the export function allows you to export more than this limit. To export call recording search results, complete the followings steps:

In the search bar click the Export Results link.

If the search results are less than the maximum 5000 records, the export will being immediately. If the search results are more than the maximum 5000 records, you can enter the desired number of results to return (or all) in the export results dialog.
The browser will download the exported file. Depending on your browser settings you may select where to download the file to, otherwise it will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
