SMTP Basic Authentication

To setup QMS to integrate with an SMTP service that supports basic authentication is fairly straightforward.

Open your QMS administator website and navigate to Administration, General Settings. Under the Email Settings enter the following configuration:

• Select SMTP Basic Authentication

• SMTP Server Address

• SMTP Server Port

• SMTP Account Username

• SMTP Account Password

• To Email Address(es)

• From Email Address
