Recording Service Notifications

Recording Service Notifications can be any of the following:

  • An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service crashed and restarted

  • An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service has not connected with the Data Service for ten minutes (or more)

  • Database read, write, or connection failures

  • Disk read/write failures

  • Errors capturing network traffic (WinPcap failures)

  • An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service has lost connection to the TelrexNetService (Microsoft OCS/Lync only)

  • An alert that indicates the recording service lose connectivity with the PBX
