Creating Call Recording Profiles
To add a Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.
- In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles. The Call Recording Profiles page displays.
- In the Actions bar, click the Add button. The New Recording Profile page displays.
- Enter a Profile Name. Profile names need to consist of no more than 20 alphanumeric characters.
- Edit the assigned Evaluation Priority if needed. Evaluation Priorities are integers between 1 and 32,000.
- Specify the Call Recording Rules.
- Specify the Call Retention Settings.
- Specify the call recording Schedule.
- If required, assign Users to the Call Recording Profile.
- In the Actions bar, click the Save button.
- Close the New Recording Profile page. The new Call Recording is listed.
