Defining a Call Recording Schedule

A call recording schedule is a time period on one or more day of the week during which calls are recorded.

To define a schedule, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles.

  2. Click the Add button to create a new Call Recording Profile or select a preexisting Call Recording Profile and click the Edit button . The Call Recording Profile page displays.

  3. Select the Record only during specific hours check box.

  4. Set the Start Time and Stop Time.

  5. Select each day of the week on which to record calls. If you do not select any of the check boxes no calls are recorded.

  6. In the Actions bar, click the Save button.
